Install a plug socket for every seat in the library

It is astonishing how scarce plug sockets are in the library. How do you expect students to go through lecture slides and have a good shift in the library if they are limited to 2 hours or forced to buy a mac. Surely it would be sensible to fit about a plug socket within reach of every workspace so that people can use their laptops, without having to reserve seats or arrive before 9am. Students shouldnt have to miss their lectures to save their seat, so they can have a productive day.
