Add more heating in the library

Complete
On level 3, towards the outer parts of the floor, there is almost no heating and it is extremely cold. There are vents on the floor through which there is a constant flow of cold air. It would be better if we didn't have to sit and study with our coats on.

Hello again!
I've had a reply from the Library, which reads as follows:
*****
Thank you for your feedback . This issue has been reported to Estates. After investigation, the Air Handling Unit (AHU) in this area has stopped working and cannot be fixed immediately. The part has been put on order and as soon as it has been received, the AHU will be repaired as a high priority item. We will track progress on this and ensure that it is resolved as soon as possible. Please contact the Library if you have any further concerns.

Hopefully that answers your question, and with any luck Hartley should be warming up very soon. I'm going to close this submission, but don't hesitate to get in touch with me on vpeducation@susu.org if you have any further questions.
All the best,
Samuel Dedman (VP Education, 2017/18)

Hello!
Thanks for getting in touch - due to the age of the building keeping Hartley at a comfortable temperature can sometimes be a little tricky, but that isn't to say that you should have to be wearing your coat while working on Level 3. I'm going to get in touch with the Library and see what I can find out, so bear with me and I'll let you know as soon as I have heard something.
As always, don't hesitate to drop me an email (vpeducation@susu.org) if you have any more questions!
All the best,
Samuel Dedman (VP Education, 2017/18)
