Lease out the unused blockbuster with sports and wellbeing.
This space could be converted into a small Gym +/- a joint desk for SUSU housing.
Convenient and central/prominent location for students! (Create SUSUs only presence in portswood)
+Reduced demand on jubilee
Increased uptake of gym memberships,
A dual desk system for students to enquire/find out about SUSU sponsored housing.
