Increase the number of gluten-free options available in the Union Shop.
As someone who is restricted for health reasons to eat only gluten-free foods I have found it increasingly difficult to pick up lunch from the student shop at an affordable price. The range of gluten-free sandwiches is, frankly, appalling, and those that are stocked are priced at over £3, which is ridiculous. I’d like to see the Union cater to more dietary requirements!

I've had a few conversations with our team about this, and whilst we stock a big selection of pre-packaged foods that are gluten free, gluten free wraps/rolls have not been enough of a success for us to continue stocking them. If you have any ideas for what might be popular as part of a gluten free range please feel free to drop me an email (pres@susu.org) - we want to be able to cater for as many different dietary requirements as we can even though we're a fairly small shop!

An addition: It would be nice to have options that are both gluten-free and vegan, perhaps. Since some people might want to choose more ethical/sustainable options, but be unable to do so due to gluten restrictions.
