lobby the university to send out module surveys AFTER modules finish

Complete
Modsur surveys for modules are sent to students before the end of term, meaning students can't make judgements about the quality of aspects of the module that happen near the end, such as assessment. One question in particular asks for feedback on assessments, which is simply not possible to answer if they are at the end of the module. It is a dishonest system if lecturers are being given feedback based on their assessments when students do not have enough experience on the module to give this.

Hello!
A couple of weeks have passed, and as such I'm going to close this You Make Change submission. This is something which I am going to pick up in my next Sabbatical term with the University, however, as I feel that there is still progress to be made. I'll re-open this You Make Change should there be any changes.
All the best, and thank you for using You Make Change!

Hello again!
I'm back with an update. Alex Neill (the University's Vice-President Education) and I have exchanged a few messages about this, and have agreed that this will be something that we look into as a project next year. The University are keen to do a larger piece of work on module evaluations, and this fits neatly in as part of this.
I'm going to leave this You Make Change up for a bit longer to allow upvoting and downvoting to take place, and I'll be back in the future with (hopefully) some good news!
All the best,
Samuel Dedman (VP Education 2017/18 - vpeducation@susu.org)

Hello!
Thanks for getting in touch. This is a really fantastic idea, and would go along nicely with module surveys being made digital and completed online. I'm going to get in touch with a few people at the University to see what their thoughts are, and will be back once I have an update. Note that I don't expect this to be a quick fix, but I'm more than happy to get the ball rolling!
In the meantime don't forget that this You Make Change is now listed on the website and can be upvoted/downvoted, so share it with your friends and get their input!
All the best,
Samuel Dedman (VP Education 2017/18 - vpeducation@susu.org)
