Hi there,

Thank you for your submission. I am sorry to hear that you do not find societies approachable, we have an amazing diversity of societies (300+) who have all committed to following the SUSU values; to respect, to be student-led, to be empowering and to be brave. You can find the full list of clubs and societies available here: https://www.susu.org/opportunities/

You can join at any time of the year and we are running fairs in Refreshers (the end of January) that people can sign up at face-to-face (you can contact the club/soc and sign up all year round).

Your idea of workshops is lovely, we may be able to join with Enabling in order to put workshops on on how to develop confidence levels. Please contact me via email (vpwelfare@susu.org) to provide more information on what type of workshop you want and how you would like it to work.

Best wishes,

Isabella Camilleri
