Informal Graduation Photography
Have your celebratory, informal graduation photos taken by a professional photographer. Bring your friends, family, course mates, or anyone you’d like, and capture the moment with a high-quality printed photograph to remember your time at university.
There’s no need to book; simply turn up and have your photos printed instantly, with no long waiting times.
We’ll be on the Concourse in Building 42 throughout the Graduation period from Wednesday 15 July to Wednesday 22 July, between 10:00am and 4:00pm each day.

Campus Photo Sessions
Looking for something extra special? Book a 30-minute photography session around Highfield Campus and get professional photos taken at your favourite university locations, from iconic landmarks to the places where you’ve spent countless hours studying.
All this for just £50 per session.
Each session includes:
- 30-minute shoot with a professional photographer
- 5 professionally edited digital photographs
*T&Cs apply – Please note this is not a replacement for the formal photography offer by the university and we will not be able to offer individual photos with scrolls.
Terms & Conditions
- Photography services are available on a first-come, first-served basis unless a campus photo session has been pre-booked.
- Printed photographs are supplied at the time of purchase where possible. Collection details will be provided if immediate printing is unavailable.
- Payment must be made in full before photographs are released.
- Campus photo sessions must be booked in advance and are subject to photographer availability.
- Campus photo sessions include up to 5 professionally edited digital photographs, which will be delivered electronically following the session. You can purchase more at an additional cost of £5.00 per photo.
- The photographer will select and edit the final images provided.
- Session times may be adjusted or rescheduled in the event of adverse weather or other circumstances beyond our control.
- Participants are responsible for arriving on time for their booked session. Late arrivals may result in a shorter session.
- Photographs are for personal use only and may not be used for commercial purposes without permission.
- By participating, you agree that photographs may be taken during the session. Consent for any promotional use of images by SUSU will be sought separately.
- Refunds are only available if a session is cancelled by SUSU or the photographer and an alternative date cannot be arranged.
- This is not a replacement for the formal photography offer by the university and we will not be able to offer individual photos with scrolls.
