Join Tenaya Steed every other Thursday for a film night exploring British youth culture. There will be a shorter film, a longer film and a discussion about how it made us feel. 

Our first theme is GIRL GANG; films exploring contemporary British girlhood and the power of teenage female friendship. This Thursday we will be watching:

PAGANS

Lucy Luscombe’s short film about grief and girlhood in the UK countryside. 

ROCKS 

Sarah Gavron’s coming-of-age feature about a teenage girl struggling to take care of herself and her younger brother after being abandoned by their single mother, with no choice but to live by her wits.
