Winchester is the the home of our Winchester School of Art Campus. It's a small and beatiful city with many historical landmarks and beatiful nature. On our trip we will walk around to see some of the key sites, such as Winchester Cathedral, the statue of King Alfred and St Giles Viewpoint. Afterwards we will have some time to choose another activity or to have some lunch.

Attendees are expected to purchase their own train tickets online on the South Western Railway website. It is important that you choose an Open Return ticket with outward journey from Southampton Central to Winchester at 10:15. Alternatively, you can come to Southampton Central train station a bit early (between 9:45 and 10:00) and our SUSU staff members will help you buy a ticket at the station.
