As part of Women's History Month, Give It A Go invited the Pottery Society to run a pottery workshop for all students on the theme of 'Female Empowerment', aiming to promote body positivity and help women feel empowered and love their bodies.


Pottery society will be leading two-part workshop.


In the first workshop(6th March) we will be taught how to use air dry clay to create a vase in the shape of a woman's body.


In the second workshop(9th March) we will be using acrylic paints to decorate your vase you made on the first workshop.


All things you need will be provided. Please note this workshop is totally free but tickets need to be booked in advance, if you can't make it, please email giveitago@soton.ac.uk we can give your place to another student.

The workshop will take place on 6th March from 2pm to 4pm at the Concourse (inside the SUSU building)
