20 Mar 2024,

University of Southampton

This event is part of Neurodiversity Celebration Week 2024, presented by Student Disability and Inclusion team.

What is this event about?
A space to share your experiences as a Neurodivergent student. Student Disability and Inclusion will be hosting a relaxed event as part of Neurodiversity Celebration Week, with hot drinks and biscuits provided.

What will this look like?
Students can arrive from 14:15 to settle in before the event starts. The event itself begins at 14:30

14:30 - 15:30: The first hour will include a short introduction by our team. This will be followed by some time for attendees to share experiences, as they wish to, through a structured conversation starters activity. Attendees are not expected to participate if they do not wish to do so; it can be a space to listen to and learn about others’ experiences.

15:30 - 16:30: The second hour is dedicated to informal socialising. Activities will also be available and will include origami, colouring and board games.
