Preterm is a week long event hosted by the Southampton University Symphony Orchestra. It involves daily rehearsals, socials catered for everyone and a concert at the end of the week, before freshers week starts. This is a chance to meet fellow musicians and to get a taster of what music societies are like. We promise it will be loads of fun!
The repertoire for the week is:
Coleridge Taylor - Petite Suite de Concert
Khachaturian - Masquerade Suite
Saint-Saens - Baccanale
Borodin - Polovstian Dances from Prince Igor
Sibelius - Finlandia
