An anarchist has "accidentally" fallen from the fourth storey window of a Metropolitan Police station.

Enter "the Maniac".

Brought into the police station for the crime of impersonation, the Maniac - through their games of whim and charm - fools the police, flipping the entire operation on its head. What ensues is nothing short of pandemonium.
