We are a friendly, inclusive kickboxing club open to everyone, whether you’re a complete beginner or have years of experience. Our sessions focus on building confidence, fitness, and solid kickboxing technique in a supportive and fun environment. We train five times a week, with sessions varying in intensity so there’s something for everyone.
All training is held in Studio 3 at Jubilee Sports, with coached sessions throughout the week: Mondays 8:00–9:30pm, Tuesdays 5:00–6:30pm, Thursdays 6:00–7:30pm, and Fridays 3:00–4:30pm. We also host open mat sparring on Sundays from 8:00–10:00am.
Members have the opportunity to compete at all levels, from beginner competitions to world championships, but there’s absolutely no pressure to compete. We also organise our very own internal fight nights to give members an opportunity to practice competing in a safe and incredibly supportive environment!
Alongside training, we love bringing members together through socials such as Halloween socials, pub crawls, movie nights, ice-cream socials, and Ninja Warrior outings.

The Organisers
Kickboxing is a martial art that primarily uses punches, kicks, and throws. We are a friendly society that welcomes everyone, from the complete beginner to people reaching for competition standards, and we have professional instructors to cater for this.
