The Renters’ Reform Bill is set to bring significant changes to the private rented sector, and it’s important that all students are aware of how this may affect them.

Join us at our drop-in session where we can help you understand your new rights as a tenant, including key changes to tenancy agreements, how and when you can leave a tenancy, and what the reforms mean for challenging unfair rent increases.

Whether you’ve just signed a contract or have been renting for a while, everyone who rents will be affected by Renters’ Reform, regardless of when your agreement was made. Come along to find out what these changes mean for you and get your questions answered.
