Women's History Month x Women in Sport Week!
Come and join our Empower Club for a free personal training group session. Please note whilst this session is women only the entire session is led by our male personal trainer, Adam.
Meet at Reception in the Jubilee Sports Centre and the club will take you to the performance gym. The session will begin with a warm-up and each week has a different focus, with the girls being coached through a specific group of exercises in the gym.
For example, during a glutes-focused session, we learn how to squat, perform deadlifts, and do hip thrusts.
The aim is to help you feel confident and knowledgeable in the gym, while ensuring you are training safely and correctly.
Wear anything you feel comfortable working out in. We recommend gym wear, but you can wear whatever you feel comfortable in!
