The Southampton Stags American Football Club are a growing and thriving team currently competing in the BUCS South West Division 1 League. Here at the Stags we look to foster a culture of growth, encouragement, and enjoyment. We encourage players of all skill sets to join, whether you’ve been playing for years or have never picked up a ball. All we ask for is a great attitude, willingness to learn, and the drive to keep pushing forward no matter what. The Stags are 4 time National Champions (1992, 1993, 2006, 2008), National Finalists 2012, Southern Finalists 2018 and 2020.

Thursdays 7:45pm - 10pm
Sundays 12:45pm - 4pm

These are the current membership fees offered by American Football, although many clubs and societies offer a free period for new members to try out their activities.

| Annual Membership 26/27 | £160.00 | 21/09/2026 - 30/06/2027 | This membership provides players with Kit rental for the year, which includes Shoulder Pads, a Helmet, Soft lower pads, belts, training shimmles and the use of all equipment at our weekly training sessions. This price is much lower than it would be to buy all of the kit needed to play American Football, with shoulder pads and helmets together costing approximately £500 to buy. It also provides us funds to book the required ambulance crew for home games and funds the majority of travel to our away games. | |

Purchasing this membership will not only make you a member of the club, giving you access to socials and events with the team, it will also give you access on gameday. We'd ask for your help at home games with the chain crew or getting media content. Plus, you get to watch some American Football at the same time. This includes a weekly Sunday NFL gameday watch party. |
