We run local conservation days on Sundays, restoring ecosystems and biodiversity around Southampton and Hampshire. We work with local nature reserves and wildlife trusts on heathland restoration, invasive plant removal, coppicing, tree planting, and much more- plus massive bonfires!
Membership is free, along with free tea, coffee and biscuits on tasks, as well as a jacket potatoes if we have a bonfire! We also have socials, longer residential trips further afield every term and even occasional residentials abroad.
We meet on Sunday mornings outside the SUSU Building between 9 and half 9, coming back at 4ish. Remember to join the mailing list and reply to task emails to let us know you're coming, or you may not get a place on the transport!
