What is Give It A Go?
Give It A Go is an activity programme provided by SUSU where you can find taster sessions by our clubs and societies and community building events run by the Activities team! There is no long-term commitment, and all events are at student-friendly costs.

Do I need a membership fee to join?
You don’t need to join as we are open to all UoS students. Most of our activities are free or at a very low price to give you as many opportunities as possible to experience and meet new friends!
What’s the best way to see the new activities?
You can regularly check the SUSU GIAG website or what’s on page. Additionally, you can follow SUSU’s social media channels for updates on upcoming activities.
How much does it cost to participate in Give It A Go (GIAG) activities?
Give It A Go (GIAG) activities are offered free or at a very low price, making them accessible to all students. Some activities may require a small fee to cover materials or transportation costs, which will still be much lower and affordable than the market price.
Can I ask for a refund if I can’t attend?

I want to hold activities/sessions through GIAG, what should I do?
GIAG is always open to hosting collaborative sessions with clubs & societies. We’re here to support you by promoting your session through our various channels and assisting with room bookings or any logistical help. Simply fill out the interest form below to get started and make it happen!
