Hannah also reminded everyone to try to include photos and/or vidoes when posting on social media as this will ensure that posts have a higher reach.

9. Community Guide

The Community Guide should be ready next month.  The guide contains useful information about living in the community.  The committee discussed the relevance of the guide as students are now in their accommodation.  It was suggested that if any guides are left, perhaps they couold be included in the 'Don't Rush' campaign.  Hannah to discuss with Sam Bailey (VP Welfare).  It was also suggested that teh guide should be made available online.

The #communiTEA teabags will be delivered with the guides.  These encourage students to have a cup of tea with their neighbour, take a selfie and post it on social media, quoting #communiTEA with the chance to win afternoon tea.  The committee are to get involved in this by encouraging people to help bag up the teabags,  promote the campaign and help post the teabags and community guides to student houses.
