Main Meeting
1.	Apologies Apologies were given
2.	Approval of previous minutes It appears that there was a emergency Sports Development Zone meeting before Christmas but there doesnt appear to be any minutes for them. The last set of minutes were from 3.11.16.
3.	Officer Reports Oliva gave a overview of what the SPC are planning. They are starting lots of work with the LGBT community and working out how to make Sports Club more inclusive for all. They will be doing Rainbow laces again and there are a few other projects in the pipeline. No other officers were present
4.	Sabb Update (Budget, Varsity, Alumni, AU Ball, Tour, Team Photos) Varsity TP advised the commitee that Varsity was on the 18.3.17, there was a rough timetable but it is still to be finalised. There are fewer teams this year due to some sports such as Hockey and Swimming not competing on the day. TP has managed to secure Media passes for all of our guys and they will be charged 1/2 price for t-shirts. There is a Pre Varsity Meeting for Captains the 13.3.17. Alumni Day TP advised that this was being held on the 29.4.17 and that there are more Alumni signed up to date than this time last year. AU BALL - TP advised that AU BALL was on the 4th May 2017 at St Marys Football Stadium Awards nominations are currently out and need to be done asap. AUC will be making decisions on these. £50 dining ticket and £18 non dining Ticket Allocations - Ticket requests have gone out to clubs asking them to informus how many they would like. Tickets will then be allocated . Non Dining tickets can be brought from the Box Office TOUR TP advised that Tour was one of the weeks of Easter - they are going to Spain. We are using a new company this year called Outgoing . The benefits to us are the same as I Love Tour
5.	Update from Sports Experience Board - Inc - Sport and Wellbeing Membership Structure Proposal TP advised the commitee of the new proposal from Sport and Wellbeing. It includes the Sports Pass of £110/year .
6.	EVAs – Sports Development Zone Award It was decided that the Sports Zone award would be Best Impactful Community Project with the Sports Zone
7.	Learning Management System
8.	Any Other Business TP advised that he wanted the existing Funding Guidelines to be reviewed and redesigned Funding Round 3 opens 9am 27.2.17 and closes 9am 20.3.17
