Looking for one room in a house for year sept 25 to aug/sept 26

Hi all, I will be pursuing Msc Business analytics sept 25/26. I will be moving in from sept 1 week, looking for rent inclusive of bills and in budget, and near highfield campus, walking distance possibly. Preferably girls but would be fine either way! Looking for a tidy place and a bit of social housemates!
