Room available in Portwood

Hi! We have a room available in Spring Crescent, Portswood. There are currently 5 male tenants in a 6 person house so we are looking for a roomate who is interested in a furnished, double bed room for £495 a month with bills included up until July. We have 2 bathrooms and a good wifi connection. It is a 15-20 minute walk to university but there are many bus stops near by, and also a 10 minute bus ride to the city center. There is an Aldi 5 minutes away from us and also a big Sainsburys 10 minutes away. We are a mix of second and third years who love making food from all over the world.
