City Centre need replacement tenent

Hey I'm here advertising my room, I'm moving out of a 5 bedroom house so anyone applying will be living with 4 other people (all queer and friendly). The house is a little small but clean (there is a cleaning rota). Kitchen is joined with a cosy living room so it's very communal. There are two toilets with one shower downstairs. My bedroom is a reasonable size and has a lot of wardrobe space, as well as a nice desk and a double bed. The landlord is nice and quick to fix problems when they are brought up with her. (Usually gets people in before the end of the week) The house is close to the city centre on London road. It is about a 15 minute bus ride/bike ride from campus and 10 minute walk from the hobbit + right round the corner from a Tesco. Rent is £360 per month, bills are not included (roughly £30 a month).
