Part Time; 20 hours per week, fixed 12 month contract
This is an exciting opportunity to work within a great team which is all about ensuring that every student enjoys their time at Southampton University, where at SUSU we provide a wealth of entertainment and student support services.
This role is instrumental in ensuring HR processes are followed accurately and consistently, providing administration support to the HR function, as well as providing support to the Learning and Development Function. This includes maintaining HR records, as well as other administrative duties.
We are looking for a confident and competent administrator who is passionate about providing excellent HR services that contribute to a healthy, happy productive working environment. You will have great organisational, administrative and communication skills with a strong positive disposition, being able to communicate with all levels of the staff team, positively and in a consistent manner. You will be an accurate worker with responsibilities for keeping our HR systems and electronic records updated for Core and support staff, whilst liaising with managers and supporting recruitment processes. We are looking for someone that has a CIPD qualification and experience in a HR environment and who is committed to developing as a people professional.
