As the Marketing Coordinator, you will be a social media savvy full of new, innovative ideas to connect and captivate our student audience across our social media platforms. You will have a passion for storytelling and an ability to tap into the social media landscape to help represent our student community and help every student love their time at the University of Southampton.

Your main responsibility will be producing social media content across our channels, from content planning, optimised scheduling, content creation and innovation. As well as working creatively to engage our audience and represent student voices, you'll also take ownership of community management across our social media channels.  

Alongside organising our social media activity, you will be a key member of our busy marketing team, helping with all our marketing and campaign activity. But in particular we will look to you to take ownership of our print collateral, working with internal and external graphic designers to facilitate various assets to send to print. As well as working with our design team, you will also be working with multiple print suppliers building important relationships with them to improve print services and produce quality print. 

Lastly you will be supporting our events and campaign activity where no two days will look the same, so whether you are hosting a student event, promoting our activity through fairs and stalls or creating event collateral we know your passion for all things marketing will get put to good use with us!
