Put more fountains on campus or put up signs to show where they are

The only water fountains anyone really knows of are at Hartley library at Highfield Campus. It would be a good idea to have signs, just like the one of the fourth floor of Hartley library, to let students know where the water fountains are, or include more of them.

Hi there,
Thank you for your You make Change submission.
I come back to you with an update. You can find where the water fountains on campus are by going to maps.soton.ac.uk and filtering by the Amenities layer. Not all of them are on there at the moment, however the University's Estates and Facilities are in the process of checking the data they have and updating it. There are definitely water fountains in Building 40 and 42 as well as the Zeplar and Centenary buildings and Hartley library. You can also get your bottle refilled or ask for a glass of tap water from any SUSU or University outlet for free.
If you have any further questions, please feel free to drop me an email to president@soton.ac.uk
Kind regards,
Emily Harrison,
SUSU President, 2019-20

Hi there,
Thank you for your You Make Change submission.
I have raised this with University Estates and Facilities and will come back to you with an update as soon as possible!
Just to make you aware, you can report any facilities related issues to the University E&F team directly (Link here: https://planon.soton.ac.uk/selfservice/) This is probably easier as you will get a more immediate response and helps to keep a track of reoccuring issues so they can allocate resources and identify problems better.
