Increase the transparency of the Union Senate through a policy page

A policy page used to exist for what was then the Union Council, as seen at https://www.susu.org/representation/policy. To understand policy, one now has to trawl through minutes, which aren't published until weeks after the meeting. A webpage comparable to that of the archived policy page would be a good way to clearly lay out what the Union Senate has voted on and decided.
Here, you can view the complete set of official responses from the sabbatical officers regarding this submission.

Thank you for your submission.
SUSU are working on updating and improving the website and this suggestion has been presented as a great idea to pursue.
We are in the process of creating a new page for Senate which will list information on meetings and Senators to increase visibility and accessibility.
