Questions and change submissions on this platform take weeks, if not months, for any response to come through. A number of the submissions are time-sensitive, meaning the delay makes the submission out of date by the time a response arrives. This is ignoring that submissions can take weeks to even appear on the platform in the first place.

One way to start with this is by not leaving submissions without comments for long periods of time. If a submission will take time to answer, make it clear with a comment and update as time goes on.

Thank you for your submission.

All of the Sabbs make a great effort to respond to submissions when received. Currently, we meet every Friday to work together to answer and share submissions as they come in. Often many responses require further research and communications with key members of staff at the University, which can result in delays.

We are currently working on how best to change the current system so that the response rate is a lot better, we will be announcing any changes when they happen.

In the meantime, we will work towards providing comments once submissions are accepted and improving our communication channels.

Kind Regards,

Avila
