Jesters and Clowns have been a long standing staple of student life in Southampton. It is an essential part of the Southampton University experience and needs to be protected for the future. The club and pub are both highly profitable and so running it would be sustainable in the long term and is viable. The floors above could also be used for Union purposes such as accommodation for visitors or as Social space.
