Apologies for the delay in resolving this issue as it has had some complications and been passed between multiple members of staff.

The condom dispensers in the men's toilets were originally serviced by Durex but have since been contracted out to a third party. Our facilities staff have been unable to get in touch with the company responsible for servicing the machines which is partly what has caused the hold up in responding. Having spoken to a number of staff members about this we have come to the decision that we will remove the current machines and enter into a new contract that makes condoms and tampoms available in both men's and women's toilets, to provide equality for students of all genders and to be more inclusive for our trans and non-binary students. This change will hopefully happen soon after the new year.

Hey Chira,

Thanks for raising such an important point. 

It is my understanding that the toilets are under the control of the university, so I will need to approach them about taking this further and getting them installed.

Please look out for any further info from me regarding a tampon/sanitary item dispenser!
