lobby the University to provide free sanitary products in all toilets.

I am not certain that there are sanitary products available for purchase, let alone for free, in all toilets across campuses. As such, I am writing to ask the Students' Union to work with the University to ensure that women are comfortable in their place of work and study and have access to free sanitary products in every set of toilets, or at least in every building. (Other universities use the #freeperiods campaign - e.g.: https://www.bristolsu.org.uk/campaigns/freeperiods).

Hi there,
Thank you for your submission. We currently offer free menstration products to all students, available to pick up in the sabbatical office :) The idea to provide free menstration in each toilet is a really nice idea but as a Union we are looking to go more towards promoting sustainable menstration- which we have now stocked in The Shop (on redbrick, outside building 40&42). In addition, the University are unlikely to enable this due to the high costs of implementing free menstration across our campuses. However, if you are able to get student backing on your submission, then we may have more luck in lobbying the Uni for this change.
Best wishes,
