Welcome to the University of Southampton Ballet Society! We have something for everyone, providing relaxed and fun weekly ballet classes at 4 levels: Beginners, Improvers, Intermediate, and Advanced, as well as Pointe. So, whether you have been dancing for as long as you can remember or are looking to try ballet for the first time, or even if you are just looking for a great way to stay flexible and fit, we hope you come along and get involved. As well as ballet classes, we have an active social calendar with events ranging from visits to the theatre, to nights out, and everything inbetween. Ballet Society members have the opportunity to perform in the university’s annual dance show, Pure Dance, which showcases the work of all the societies across Union Southampton Dance (USD).
