How many tickets can I purchase?

You can buy as many tickets as you like. You can bring up to 2 guests who are not students at UoS. Your guests will also need tickets.

What is MET Gala?

The Met Gala is an annual fundraising gala held for the benefit of the Metropolitan Museum of Art's Costume Institute in New York City. The MET Gala is the world's most prestigious fashion event and guests are expected to dress in the theme of the exhibit of the year, which is generally haute couture. The invitations for MET Gala are organised by the fashion magazine Vogue.

What is the dress code?

As this year's theme is MET Gala, we will be welcoming you on the red carpet. This is your chance to show off your high fashion ideas (DIY outfits are welcome and encouraged!). There will be a prize for best dressed, and your fellow guests will get to vote on the night.

Can the Safety Bus bring me to Southampton?

Yes! Our safety bus drivers can bring you to your doorstep whether you live in Southampton, Winchester or anywhere in between. There may be a delay if the drivers are taking multiple people in one trip, but we will try to make sure you're not waiting too long
