Come along to try out rifle shooting! You will get to shoot live firearms & ammo, under the supervision of qualified instructors and Range Officers. This event will be shooting .22LR at our 20yd range in Southampton. You don't need to bring anything, and we will provide all of the kit for free!
The Organisers
SURC is the most successful University shooting club in the country, and we welcome new members of all experience levels. We compete both locally and nationally, in both the .22 Smallbore and 7.62mm Fullbore Target Rifle disciplines, and have our own 20 yard indoor range just north of Highfield. We provide kit (including rifles) and coaching for all members, and those with talent can compete for the university at events such as the BUCS championships, which we have won eleven out of the last thirteen years.
