We are the society for all of you wonderful people studying Psychology in any shape or form, interested in Psychology or simply wanting to join our community here at the University of Southampton!

Welcome to PsychoSoc!

We are the central hub for all the wonderful people studying Psychology, in any shape or form, at the University of Southampton!

We are your go-to people for socials, whether they be department organizations to mingle with faculty members, or only for us students to get to embrace and enjoy our community... We organize book sales for your second-hand buying and selling needs, activities and portals for support within Psychology. We are also proud to have two sports teams – Netball and Futsal – run by our fantastic committee members for leisure. And, though we are a collective of mainly Psychology students, we welcome anyone from any discipline or school who’d like to join in on all the fun!

This coming year we will be exercising extreme caution; but still, look forward to working hard to ensure everyone still feels apart of Psychology at Southampton and enjoys their year and time apart of the Society! We are hoping to organize our traditional activities, such as PubQuizzes, our annual Boat Ball and Christmas Ball, faculty-student sports tournaments, BBQs and all of the above this year too, complying with all health and safety guidelines! So, please, don’t hesitate to come along! And, to find out what’s on, follow us on our FB and Instagram @psychosocsoton!
