4. Officer and Student Leader reports

Student Enterprise Officer: Serban gave report covering Global Entrepreneurship Week, Union Enterprise Fund, and regeneration of BESTI board to Student Enterprise Group.

RAG President: Issy updated on Jailbreak (aim for £10k fundraising this year), Breastival moved to 3rd December, Movember, Children in Need, Naked Calendar and Christmas Fayre being organised.

5. Student Led Fundraising

Student fundraising raised £2,083.55 as of 12th October.

6. Student Enterprise Activity

As above, Serban will encourage regular meetings with Student Enterprise Group to have more collaborative enterprise activity

7. Volunteering

Pathbrite badges being researched by Dan (VP Engagement)

Need way to celebrate volunteers

Community & Volunteering Officer to be elected - Christmas Appeal with SCRATCH potential first project

8. External Engagement Zone - General

International Volunteering: Discussion about how we interact with international volunteering companies. 

Four areas to consider: 

- BAM Contract - what is current process for international volunteering companies to book space?

- Generic space booking - makes it look like Union is supporting external company

- Conflict with current activity of our groups

- Need generic response to international volunteering queries that come through Student Activities
