Why vote for Fionn?

Hi all,  

I’m Maeve, a second-year maths student and am running to be a member of the SUSU senate. 

I have experience in student representation and advocacy through being on the Maths Society committee and volunteering with the mathematics buddy scheme this year; I am looking forward to the opportunity to build on this in a wider reaching position.  

I have been involved in the push for improved staff-student communication in my department, I will use this experience to prioritize effective collaboration and communication between the senate, sabbatical officers and student officers.  

I will work to ensure representation for all students and improvement in student experience with a focus towards increased transparency and accountability in SUSU.  I will be an engaged and approachable point of contact.
