Amy Moir
Candidate for Senator
Key Points
- Constant monitoring of Sabb manifestoes compared to tangible progress
- Prioritisation of the needs of the student body
- Insight from the point of view of running a society
- Commitment to assisting in the progress of SUSU
- Promoting fair representation of the different groups within the student body, in the instance of conflict
If elected, I will be vigilantly monitoring the Sabbatical Officers' progress in comparison with their manifestos, as I am aware of the importance of respecting student wishes when holding an elected position. Having experienced the student community from the point of view of course rep, society member, committee member, SUSU support staff, and society President, I have a personal interest in more than one of the Sabb remits so will be especially invested in holding them to account on behalf of the student body.
