Katie Jeffery

I believe I'll be the right fit for the role of Nursing President as I have already spent 2 years representing the dual field cohort. During my time, I have positively influenced change, using the professional relationships I have built within the school and department. In addition to this, I also represent Nurses on the Florence Nightingale Student council, which aims to build bridge between university and Practice area, showing my passion and involvement extends beyond university. 

I am an approachable, confident individual who is extremely passionate for student advocacy. Looking after the mental wellbeing of nurses is a significant motivator of mine for fulfilling this role as Nursing president. 

I will listen and validate the views of every nurse and will strongly advocate on your behalf.
