I will strive to promote a positive relationship between students and the university. By establishing channels of communication, I will ensure that students' voices are heard, and their feedback is conveyed to the university administration to help enhance the student learning experience. Furthermore, I will endeavor to encourage student participation in university-wide activities aimed at improving the overall student experience. I firmly believe that under my leadership, our faculty will become a thriving and vibrant learning community where every student receives full support and attention. I will ensure that during my tenure, we will witness the full appreciation of the student voice, and the academic environment will be more positive and inclusive.
