Having been a (very) short-lived course rep, I've collated feedback from peers - from smaller issues to the larger issues. A few things stood out to me and though I can simply escalate these issues, I'd like to be at the forefront of creating change. From issues revolving around clarity - ambiguity in assignments, un-clear participation guidelines - to concerns around poor access to resources.. By acting as the lead academic rep I can facilitate improvement in such respects, develop new feedback initiatives, oversee fair representation, but above all, push for clarity.
