Beach Clean with RAG and Marine Conservation Society
Friday 22 April, 12:00 - 15:00: Join us for a beach clean afternoon at Weston Shore with RAG and Marine Conservation Society. Do your bit for the environment and keep our lovely beaches free from litter. Free transport will be provided from Highfield campus for students to get to Weston Shore.

Tuesday 26 April: Sport influences millions of people worldwide by leading the way in sustainability and setting a good example. Join the Environment Agency to discuss how sports clubs can reduce their avoidable plastic and carbon footprint.

Wednesday 27 April, 13:00 - 14:30, Below Deck (B42): Hear from our panel on SUSU's sustainability and learn how we can all do our bit for our planet. We will hear from founders of local sustainable businesses, representatives from the University's estates team, and an Extinction Rebellion activist. The conversation will be student-led, guided by your input, with a free vegan barbeque on offer too!

Climate Change Coffee and Chatter
Thursday 28 April, 09:30 - 11:30, The Bridge (B42): Talking about climate change and its impact on our lives can cause anxiety for many people, and you're not alone in feeling this way. Join us for a coffee in The Bridge and chat about your worries with us. Enjoy some calming activities like making your own bird feeders and plant pot painting, too!

Friday 29 April: Meet Campus Collective on the Redbrick where they will be giving away seedlings and seeds that you can grow in your bedroom or kitchen! They're all easy to look after and you'll have full instructions given to you on the day - no need to be a seasoned gardener.

Meet Hedgehog Friendly Campus Society
Friday 29 April: Head to the Redbrick to meet our Hedgehog Friendly Campus society and find out how you can get involved. Hedgehog Friendly Campus aims to slow down the nationwide population decline of hedgehogs by working towards a bronze, silver, and eventually gold rating for Highfield campus.

Teemill: our sustainable supplier for The Locker
We're proud to have partnered with Teemill as our merchandise and clothing supplier for The Locker, helping to tackle environmental issues related to the fashion industry. Teemill clothing is designed to be returned and remade again and again, so it never enters landfill (a process they call 'Remill').

Too Good To Go at The Shop
We're fighting food waste at The Shop by partnering with Too Good To Go, an app which lets you buy and collect food at a discounted price so it gets eaten instead of wasted.
