DermSoc is a society for all students interested in the wonderful world of Dermatology! We host educational events about dermatological conditions, organise talks from dermatologists about the career pathway, and provide opportunities to build up your dermatological CV.
General Practitioner Society
We are the university's General Practice Society. We offer a range of talks, webinars and events throughout the year aiming to increase awareness and get people excited about GP as a specialty! We aim to create opportunities for networking, hearing from qualified GPs and trainees about their experience, as well as attending conferences and events.

Koalas Medics Bouldering
Koalas were set up last year, so we are fairly new here! We welcome all levels of bouldering ability and would love for you to join us! We meet weekly on Wednesday evenings at Bouldershack and put on other events throughout the year.
Medics Revue is a close-knit group of idiots who put on a yearly all-singing, all-dancing comedy performance for the education and entertainment of our fellow students, and to raise money for the Medsoc charities.
We are a charity dance society, with a little bit of stripping, which puts on one dance event a year.

MMS is a newly established society set-up by Muslim Medical students which aims to create a platform for Medical students to learn, develop and support each other in practicing their faith and studying medicine.

We aim to increase diversity within Medicine and improve access to opportunities for current and future medical students.
Southampton Wilderness and Expedition Medicine Society = SWEMS! We run talks, scenario sessions and teaching events themed around Wilderness (jungle, deep sea, desert, polar) medicine, but are most well-known for our group walks and camping trips which in the past year took us to areas of natural beauty such as Brecon, Snowdonia, the South Downs and Dorset.
