I'm a master's student whose contract finishes on 28th August. However my course finishes on the 21st September. My research requires use of university resources. That's why I'd like short stay accomodation near the National Oceanography Centre/City Centre from the end of August. I am happy to occupy an empty room before someone moves in/ signs a contract. In terms of habits: I'm quiet and usually return late. I am quite adaptable as comfort is not my priority now.live with any number of people(I had to choose 3 below because it was compulsory to choose number of housemates). I’m a first-year medical student looking for someone to officially take over my Premium Studio at Vita Student Richmond House for the 2026/27 academic year, as my plans have changed and I won’t be staying in Southampton next year. It’s a private 21 sqm studio with your own bathroom and kitchenette, fully furnished and very central. The building also has a 24/7 gym, cinema room, study spaces, free weekday breakfast, cooking classes, weekly social events and biweekly housekeeping. Rent starts from £283/week.
