We’re staying on at our house on Lodge Road next year and are looking for one extra person to fill the final room. We’re a chill, clean group who enjoy a good night out but keep the house tidy. The house is in a great location for uni (around a 25-minute walk). There’s one shared bathroom. The available room is a single bedroom and slightly smaller than the other two, so a reduced rent will be arranged to reflect this.
