One more housemate needed

We're trying to find someone for our 5 person house (3 girls, 1 boy) next year, as our housemate just dropped out of uni. It’s a 5 bed, 2 bathroom house w a downstairs toilet too. The house is near portswood (right next to archers road bus stop), has parking and the room available is the biggest in the house, there’s a sink in each room + a shed for storage.
