Looking for Final Housemate, Alma Road, Academic Year (26/27)

We're a group of first years looking for a 10th person for our house next year. It's a 10-15 minute bus to Highfield, has 2 toilets, 2 showers, 2 kitchens (and sinks in each room). We're a diverse group of mixed ECS students, a lot of whom are trans/lesbian/ace and also neurodivergent. We can arrange to meet up, get a house tour/send photos of the place, etc. We're looking for a relatively quiet housemate. It has a conservatory that we'll use for board game nights or chilling. Rent + bills is £550 pppm (~£138 pw)
