The house is on Shakespeare Avenue, a short walk from Waitrose and Portswood High Street. Quiet household — good for someone who wants a calm place to live. Rent for next year will be £92 per week (excluding bills). House is small but comfortable and easy to maintain (1 bathroom, spacious kitchen and small living room).
