Ensuite Room available, Shakespeare Avenue, Portswood

Hi, we are looking for one person to move into an ensuite room in the house of 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms I'm in for next year. We are two guys and two girls looking a new tenant. The room is large and has its own ensuite bathroom with a shower, toilet and sink. The kitchen is quite spacious and if fully equipped, even with a washing and drying machine. The rent would be 660£ per person per month next year (excluding utility bills). We are quiet and tidy. The house in on Shakespeare Avenue, so close to campus.
